Illegal Election

The Circuit Court has already found irregularities regarding the Condo 2 election held January of 2024. Now, on the current election, the Board admits that it is in violation of Fla. Stat. 718.  On December 26, 2024, Anthony DiGennaro sent out a notice for the election where DiGennaro said "please see the attached "INTENT TO BE A CANDIDATE" form. This form must be returned to the Palm Greens 2 Management Office by 4:00 PM on December 26, 2024." The problem for DiGennaro is that he did not attach the form to his December 26, 2024 email, which is the same kind of illegality DiGennaro and Klimas used in last year's election.

 

Now that Thom and Klimas have resigned in disgrace from Condo 2, everything is being run by First Service Residential and Anthony DiGennaro.  This is the same Anthony DiGennaro who uses this community as his own piggy bank, with an increase in sale listings and rentals while he has supported a tripling of our monthly and special assessments charges.

If this community wants to continue having increased assessments, decreased reserves and illegal elections, then the community should continue to support Anthony DiGennaro and Todd Marrazzo, who have shown themselves to not shy away from performing illegal acts.  This is the view of the Circuit Court in the ongoing litigation and DiGennaro's latest email-lie is yet another example of unlawful activities.
