RECREATION ASSOCATION

The expectation and understanding of the Development Agreement with 13th Floor was that there would be four entities after refurbishment of the Recreation Association facilities.  These four entities would be Condo 1, Condo 2, the Recreation Association and Delray Trails.  The plan was dependent upon the fiscal solvency of all entities, yet Condo 2 has driven itself into insolvency.   At the same time, Condo 2 supported 13th Floor and Lennar delaying the refurbishment of the recreational facilities while they built hundreds of homes and units.  Then the Sandra Klimas-led Board of Condo 2 sued the Recreation Association, and the Circuit Court reversed Klimas and enjoined her from further shenanigans.  The entire plan involving the refurbishment of Palm Greens has been devastated, and the only way for solvency going forward is to replace the people who got us here:  First Service Residential, Becker & Poliakoff, Anthony DiGennaro and Todd Marrazzo.  When you vote out Marrazzo, the madness will immediately stop and fiscal solvency can begin to be restored.  Please treat this year's vote very carefully, because the future of the Recreation Association and Palm Greens depends on it.
